Over the weekend, the husband and I discussed every little thing that ideally we would like to do in our house, and then we prioritized. His list was definitely shorter than mine; I hate when that happens. Here are the top goals that we would like to see happen in 2012:
1) Finish redecorating the family room. I discussed some of our issues here and here. The biggest hurdle has been deciding on a layout for the room:
I hope to incorporate this into the new design:

2) Add drapery to the sitting area and dining room.

7) Change the mirror in powder room to something more interesting:

8) Complete the patio makeover; you can read about it here and here:

9) Add glass front cabinets to the nook in the kitchen:

10) Add pulls and knobs to the kitchen cabinets:
Man, I'm exhausted already!
There are definitely other things that we would like to do to our home, but these are at the top of our list. I hope at this time next year each of these items will be checked off of the list!

I love that you and your husband discuss this. For me, I work alone...and trust me, we are both happier that way!
Those are some awesome home goals. I especially love the stencil ideas for the bathroom. Found you over at The Nester. Hope you will drop by and say hi.
Fabulous goals! It will be fun to see your projects evolve! Happy week!...hugs...Debbie
Wow!!! I am impressed. We had a big year of finishing things last year...so this year the budget is small...no wait. There is no budget :)
Love the idea of a mirror on a mirror. I did that in our last house...miss it.
